Winemaking: Vinification takes place in small temperature controlled stainless steel fermenting tanks. The maceration on skins lasts for approximately 28 days. Aging takes place in new barriques for 18 months.
Tasting Notes: Velenosi from grapes of Montepulciano and Sangiovese was able to achieve a "world class" wine, with enchanting aromas of berries and flowers. Its flavor, with a perfect balance between fruit and wood, will appeal to even the most demanding palates.
