Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked, destalked and softly pressed. Fermentation takes in tanks at controlled temperature of 82-86℉. After eight days of maceration, the wine is racked and aged for one year in traditional Slavonian oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: At sight it announces itself with a concentrated, bright and intense ruby red color. On the nose it is enveloped by a fresh bouquet, in which fruit touches - even in jam - are affirmed, alternating with more spicy nuances. On the palate it is full-bodied and enveloping, with a fresh sip that highlights a nice acidity and a slightly woody flavor.
