Winemaking: Soft stalk-stripping and crushing. Maceration-fermentation for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in French wood barriques and refining for 6 months.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red, fruity, with notes of jam and cherry preserved in alcohol scent, spicy notes of liquorice, aromas of vanilla and faded flowers scent. Full bodied, good tannins, with a pleasant sour aftertaste, ready to drink.
