Winemaking：Whole bunch pressed, fermented with cultured yeast strain QA23, low temperature fermentation at 12°C. Charmat process occurs for secordary fermentation to achieve approximately 3-3.5 bar of carbonic pressure.
Tasting Notes：Aromas of white flowers, pears and white peaches. A very approachable and gentle expression on the palate. Wonderfully refreshing with balanced flavours of pure orchard fruits and a mineral undertone. Pair with cured meats or smoked salmon.
